La-TaHZaN: KL - Labuan - KK - Blog <b>Makanan di</b> Labuan - Blogger Posted: 18 Mar 2014 11:34 AM PDT Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera, Rasanya sudah banyak pos mengenai jalan jalan ke luar Negara, dan pos kali ini saya membawa anda nun jauh ke Kelantan…Kalau naik kenderaan seperti bas, kereta memakan masa 8 jam daripada Kuala Lumpur, tapi hanya 45minit sahaja menggunakan pesawat Mas, Air Asia atau Firefly. Banyak orang mengaitkan Kelantan dengan makanan yang pelik, manis dan "sedap/best". Ya, memang kebanyakan makanan orang Kelantan pelik, manis dan sedap (mengikut selera saya). Mungkin ini dipengaruhi oleh factor kedudukannya yang berjiran dengan Thailand…dan juga factor kekreatifan orang Kelantan. Kuih Muih Kalau ke Kelantan dan tak singgah di Pasar Siti Khadijah memang tak sah. Dan saya setiap kali balik Kelantan memang akan ke pasar ini. Sebabnya ingin membeli aneka kuih muih. Disini anda boleh juga membeli pelbagai jenis kuih muih yang berbagai bentuk dan warna. Kuih Badak, Kuih Lompat Tikam, Kuih Serabe (Serabai), Kuih Mulong (buah Melaka), Tepong Boko (Talam Santan), Nekbat, Akok kedut (paling sedap), akak pandan, ambon, mihun talam, pulut manis, pulut bakar, Kuih Katon, Buah Tanjong, Tahi Itik, Pulut Seri Kaya, Cik Mek, aneka nasi bungkus dan lain-lain. Memang rasa nak beli semua…huhu..dan harganya adalah bermula daripada 50sen hingga RM2 sahaja…tiada yang lebih daripada harga tersebut. Murah bukan? Dan peniaga nya adalah semua wanita yang akan memulakan perniagaan seawal 8 pagi…jika dah petang macam tu banyak kuih dah habis… Laksa dan Laksam, Laksa Kelantan mungkin sedikit berbeza dengan laksa negeri lain…iaitu kuahnya pekat, bersantan, dan bahan utama ikan selayang…dan ianya dimakan dengan laksa khas Kelantan..laksa beras…Dan harga sekilo laksa Cuma RM2-RM3 sahaja. Ada kilang yang membuat laksa dan laksam ini di Beris Bachok. Ianya dimakan dengan belacan, sedikit garam, dan ulam-ulaman seperti bunga kantan, daun kesum, timun, kacang panjang dan daun serai pokok (bukan serai lemongrass yer). Memang sedap menjilat jari dan yang paling saya suka ialah Laksa Maheran Tingkat 1, Pasar Siti Khadijah. Dan laksa ini juga dijadikan hidangan untuk kenduri menyambut menantu, kenduri sambut YB,…dan lain-lain. Manakala laksam pulak boleh juga dibuat sendiri selain dibeli, iaitu batter yang dikukus, digulung, sejukkan dan dipotong menggunakan gunting..Memang wallah..dan jangan tak tahu laksa dan laksam makanan orang Kelantan tak kira untuk sarapan, minum petang atau makan malam. Nasi kerabu Sebut nasi kerabu siapa tak kenal kan..semua kenal terutama rakyat Kelantan yang sebati dengan nasi kerabu sejak kecil. Nasi kerabu juga boleh dimakan tak kira untuk sarapan, lunch atau dinner…memang boleh masuk. Dan nasi kerabu ada pelbagai jenis iaitu nasi kerabu tumis (biru atau kuning), nasi kerabu hitam (tanpa tumis, tapi warnanya biru) dan nasi kerabu siam (banyak cili). Dan dikelantan sememangnya rakyatnya suka makan nasik…nasik dan nasik…jesteru itu setiap 400 meter anda akan temui banyak gerai menjual nasi bungkus untuk sarapan pagi…di pondok2 kecil atau gerai kecil. Harga sebungkus nasi kerabu ialah bermula daripada RM1 hingga RM6 iaitu yang pakej cukup seperti ayam goreng panas, solok lada sebiji, sebiji bawang putih jeruk, kerepok goreng, dan bumbu pelengkapnya. Dan ianya dibungkus dengan kertas berwarna perang tu, sebab bungkus dengan polisterin tak "kick". Nasi Berlauk Di Kelantan juga anda akan dihidangkan atau boleh membeli nasi berlauk pagi yang dijual di tepi jalan atau di warung kopi. Nasi berlauk memang kegemaran saya…memang boleh menambah tau terutama jika lauk ikan aye gulai lemak kuning..huhuhu…Selain itu ada juga lauk lain seperti gulai ayam, gulai serati. Di sini juga terdapat nasi Kak Wok, Nasi Tumpang dan Nasi Paku…jangan terkejut kerana nasik bungkus tidak disematkan getah urat tapi disematkan paku….Ya…"real nail" yang buat rumah tu… Nasi Kukus Ni satu lagi nasi yang boleh menghilang niat diet..nasi kukus ialah sejenis nasi menggunakan beras siam dan dikukus..tidak ditanak yer..dan dihidangkan bersama ayam goreng berempah panas-panas, kuah kari dan sambal belacan serta 2 hiris timun. Tadaa…memang sedap. Banyak restoran nasi kukus yang terkenal di Kelantan seperti Nasi Kukus Zeeman dan Nasi Kukus Rizal. Nasi Ulam Nasi kampong yang dihidangkan bersama ikan singgang, ikan keli goreng, ikan keli gulai daun kesom, budu dan pelbagai ulam-ulaman seperti pegaga, timun, selom, daun serai, terung rebus, dan dll. Memang fuhh…sedap…Alhamdulilah. Colek Colek memang terkenal dan makin menjadi-jadi di bulan Ramadhan..biasanya restoran atau warung yang menjual colek akan dipenuhi warga masjid yang pulang terawih dan berlanjutan ke pagi..atau sehingga colek habis…siapa cepat dia dapat. Colek ialah makanan sepeti seafood yang digoreng dan dimakan bersama ayam bakar , sos cili dan timun serta salad. Rasanya itu sahaja…Melanconglah di dalam Negara, semua ada disini…tapi ingat makan jangan berlebihan… Cheers, Zia Anis |
