Yes, you are right. It's Malaysia. There are878 islands in Malaysia. This country is known for its stunning sights and attractions. We are going to explore its astounding natural beauty that magnetizes vacationers/ tourists or visitors attraction. It's a country of exclusive culture and tradition. It's one of the best places on the globe with delicious cuisine and hospitable people. Kuala Lumpur is its capital with charming iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Malaysia has many offshore geographical places. There would be around 510 which include ridges, sandbank and rocks. It's a multicultural state with many festivals and celebrations. Tour to Malaysia, is really a unique and pleasant experience. There're lots of choices to stay in Malaysia, so it's tough to decide where to stay? Older Post - 6c) <b>Makanan</b> tradisional <b>di Kelantan</b> - Google Blog <b>...</b> Posted: 06 Nov 2015 11:11 PM PST Kuih lompat tikam merupakan sejenis kuih tradisional yang popular di Malaysia, terutama di Pantai Timur iaitu di Pahang, Kelantan dan Terengganu. Ia diperbuat daripada tepung beras dan santan. Kuih lompat tikam mempunyai dua lapisan, iaitu lapisan tepung yang biasanya bewarna hijau di bahagian bawah dan lapisan santan yang bewarna putih di bahagian atas. Bahagian ini dibuat tawar kerana ia dimakan bersama air nisan atau gula kabung. Berbanding dengan negeri lain, Lompat Tikam Kelantan lebih istimewa kerana ia ada tambahan pulut yang berwarna merah sebagai highlight untuk menyerikan lagi dan membezakan ianya dari yang lain. Ada yang kata tambahan pulut itu adalah pengaruh dari Siam yang tak boleh berpisah daripada makanan berasaskan pulut. Lompat tikam adalah makanan yang menjadi kesukaan ramai di Kelantan dan di makan tidak mengira masa. Di Kelantan ia di jual dalam bungkusan plastik dan sangat murah harganya jika di bandingkan dengan tempat lain. Kalau kat kampung ita di Kota Bahru anda masih boleh lagi membeli dengan harga 50 sen sahaja.. murah kan? tak pelik lah jika sampai aje ke Kota Bahru ini dululah yang di cari oleh suami ita. Semalam ita hidangkan suami dengan makanan kesukaannya.. kata orang tua-tua.. kalau nak suami sayang kat kita.. kena jaga perut dia dulu... isilah perut suami dengan makanan kesukaannya sampai kembung.. haha pas tu mesti dia tak cari lain.. hihi betul ke? ya lah sebab perut dah buncit tak ada orang nak.. haha Sebenarnya ita tergoda dengan lompat tikam yang di sediakan Cik Manggis. Tik tok.. tik tok.. air liur menitik atas keybord.. aduh.. dengan berkilat-kilatnya dia.. di tambah lelehan air gula Melaka tu.. pergh.. memang tak boleh tahan di buatnya.. menikam terus ke kalbu.. Resepi ni ita masak ikut cara ita ya.. Ita kukus adunan hijau tu dan ita guna santan yang cair aje untuk adunan hijau dan ita letakkan sedikit garam supaya rasa lemak. Ikut resepi asal cuma masak atas dapur. Tapi ita masak kejap aje.. sampai dia berwap aje.. pas tu ita kukus. Anda boleh ikut mana-mana cara yang di rasakan sesuai. LOMPAT TIKAM KELANTAN Resepi Oleh : Cik Manggis Adunan Hijau 1 cawan tepung beras 1 sudu besar tepung jagung 3 1/2 cawan air ~ ita guna santan cair aje 6 helai daun pandan secubit garam Daun pandan di potong kecil. Masukkan dalam pengisar dan kisar bersama 3 1/2 cawan air. Kemudian di tapis Satukan tepung beras dan tepung jagung bersama air pandan dan gaul rata. Ita tambah secubit garam Kemudian di tapis Masukkan dalam periuk dan masak hingga berwap. Masukkan dalam loyang dan kukus selama 10 minit Angkat dan biarkan sejuk Kalau tak nak kukus masak sampai pekat dengan api perlahan. Jangan lupa untuk senantiasa kacau supaya adunan tidak berbintil-bintil. Ita malas nak kacau lama tu yg ita kukus terus. Adunan Putih / Kepala santan 1/2 cawan santan pekat 1 cawan air secubit garam 2 sudu besar tepung beras 1 helai daun pandan ~ di simpul Satukan semua bahan di atas dan masak atas dapur dengan api perlahan sambil di kacau Bila mendidih, tutup api dan biarkan sejuk. Adunan ni tak pekat ya.. kalau nak pekat lebihkan tepung beras. Sirap Gula Melaka 1/2 cawan gula merah 1 buku gula Melaka ~ ita tambah 1 cawan air sehelai daun pandan ~ di simpul Satukan semua bahan dalam periuk dan masak hingga pekat Angkat setelah masak dan tapis Pulut Merah 1 cawan pulut sedikit pewarna merah 1 cawan air atau santan cair secubit garam sehelai daun pandan ~ di simpul Rendam dahulu beras pulut bersama pewarna merah dan air hingga kembang Kemudian cuci dan dan bilas bersih Satukan dengan santan cair, daun pandan dan secubit garam. Masukkan dalam periuk nasi dan tanak hingga masak. Boleh juga di kukus Cara menghidangnya, potongkan adunan hijau dan letakkan dalam mangkuk Letakkan pula adunan putih atau kepala santan Kemudian hiaskan dengan pulut merah Akhir sekali curahkan air gula Melaka Apa tunggu lagi.. jom kita makan.. |

Qia Dulkadir - Blog <b>Makanan di Kelantan</b> Posted: 20 Oct 2015 03:09 PM PDT Assalamualaikum dan salam muhibah kepada para pembaca semua. baru-baru ni saya dan kawan saya (sal) telah berkunjung ke kelantan Tujuan 1: nak cari makanan untuk menternak lemaks Tujuan 2: mengimbas kembali sejrah dan kenangan pahit disana, kalau kita imbas kenangan pahit maka diri kita akan menjadi semakin kuat dan matang, kira orang kata mcm muhasabah diri. ni boleh dikatakan short vacay! 2 hari 1 malam. ni muka kami, tengah excited nak berlepas dari airport subang. abaikan muka tenuk salasiah tu. sampai2 je kami di airport kelantan, ada abam sado baik hati ni datang jemput dan bawak pergi hotel. ni tourist guide kami sepajang di Kelantan. Thanks Najib Teid Terus bawak pergi breakfast. lokasi: Kopitiam Kita Kota Bharu. (sila waze) bersungguh cik abam kito ni weh ni yang paling menarik. telur separuh masak diletakkan atas roti baka dan lembut, serta dicalit sedikit kaya disekitar roti Kopitiam ni dipenuhi dengan galeri artis-artis tanah air yang pernah berkunjung merasai makanan di Kopitiam Kita Kota Bharu Kelantan, paling terpampang besar adalah wajah siti nurhaliza dan suami beliau Dato K. Nasi tumpang yang macam bentuk Kon tu sedap sungguh, nama nasi tumpang mungkin relevanya adalah disebabkan udang tu tumpang dalam nasi.. kot! who cares. Nasi ni lupa apa namanya, tapi biasa-biasa sahaja rasanya. pukul sepuluh pagi waktu bekerja pon orang ramai masih membanjiri tempat makan ni. sampai full house tak ada kerusi. Hebat pok cik kedai ni. Owner dia orang cina, ramah sungguh siap layan customers, tak nampak macam tokey pon. Tengah hari pula kami pergi ke tempat makan paling famous di Kota Bharu Kelantan ni. Lokasi: Nasi Ulam Cikgu (tak tahu sila waze) aku rasa kami ambil 3 ketul ayam besar-besar gedabak, dua pinggan budu campur lada tempoyak, ikan patin. ikan keli, sayur, hati ayam, ulam ulaman 2 pinggan, air sirap dan nasi.. terkejut weh!!! semua sekali lauk sebanyak mcm lauk kenduri tu hanya RM15, murah sungguh kan? moga owner nasi ulam ni dimurahkan rezeki dan berlapang dada. :) terliur tak? kecur air liur tak? kalau korang tahu nama ulam ni, tolong kasi tau boleh? nak cari la kat KL ni, rasa dia memang sedap weh!! crunchy gitew... ngap ngap dah macam kambing. sedap sungguh! Etok!!! petang tu aku taram dua bungkus etok ni... sedap weh, snack masa menunggu waktu solat.. masa ni kami melepak kat KB Mall Melepak kat Pantai Sri Tujuh Tumpat Kelantan!!! presentation ais krim ni memang wallaaaaahh!!! murah weh! RM 5 shaja untuk kedua dua item ni. aiskrim nenas dan lebihan nenas yang diletakkan dalam cawan. heaven bukan, feel weh makan kat pantai... rasa tak nak balik KL. Aiskrim tembikai ni Salasiah yang punya. merengek rengek dari bulan lepas nak aiskrim ni. yang ni pula untuk saya.. simbiolik antara nenas dan saya adalah Tajam, Masam dan manis mana yang kenal tu tau lah maksudnya, happy tak muka kami? :) Apabila malam mejelma, ni yang nak cerita ni betapa scary jalan nak menuju ke tempat makan yang ohhhsyemm!!! kene jalan kebelakang sikit, area dekat dengan lapangan terbang, lampu jalan mati jadi kene menyuluh sikit lah ye, kalau nak pergi, dia bukak malam sahaja. kene parking kerete dibahu jalan then jalan kaki. ada signboard kecil yang tertera nama kedai makan Kedai Samer Maggi Tiram spooky tak? adventure kan nak cari makanan best ni.... baru ada rasa trill sikit. very recomended weh!!! dalam satu mangkuk kau boleh pilih nak letak apa pon. macam aku pilih letak ketam, belut, udang, sotong, telur sotong. aku pilih perasa tom yam dan maggi. berasap punggung... sedap weh hirup maggi ni. serius!!!! very recomended, rasa nak datang lagi pastikan korang pergi ni and try tau, Kedai Samer Maggi Tiram confirm korang tak akan kecewe weh mabeleeeessss nye weh!!! sambil menaip entry ni sambil telan air liur Rangup sungguh sotong celup tepung ni. buat snack sedap ni. nampak tak telur sotong yang bergumpalan mcm alien tu? sedap weh, tak tipu! highly recomended!!!! kedai dia biasa sahaja tapi makanan dia luar biasa. kedai makan ni diorang bukak kat depan halaman rumah je. mana2 tempat boleh meniaga kalau kat kelantan ni. kalau kt KL ada kene sodok kedai tu dengan pihak majlis Habis je melantak, kami ke kedai Ikan Bakar Kukup. merasa nak makan pulut mangga dan pulut durian. Ohsyem duduk sini. badan naik 3 inci okay, bukan 3 kg sambil hirup aiskrim special ni, sambil tengok TV. mabeles!!! sejuk dia terasa sampai ke tulang rusuk. (okay tipu je) mek salasiah komplen mangga tak cukup, jadi abam tupon tambah lagi mangga kami nak makan kat lain, tapi tempat makan tu tutup. jadinya tourist guide kami bawak makan kat pohon Nako ni. yang menariknya, orang beratur sampai ke luar. sanggup beratur tuh nak makan. hebat kedai ni!!! aku makan ni je, kuah kari dengan sos ikan tui sedap weh ikan cencaru atau dalam bahasa kelantan ikan kerongan ni memang garing.. lemak akak bersuka ria makan ikan ni woiii.... lemak akak kata, sila la tambah sepinggan lagi sebelum kejadian selepas kejadian ALHAMDULILLAH.. lemak lemak akak sungguh happy! cendera hati untuk keluarga kami, kami belikan MURTABAK RAJA lokasi: Serimas Murtabak Raja Kelantan kalau bungkus dengan kertas bunga-bunga, stail jugak buat hadiah macam ni. hahahaha Disini sahaja kisah celoteh kami di Kelantan. siapa kata Malaysia ni tak ada tempat menarik? terokailah Malaysia... ceewah, next destination ke Sarawak kita. sehingga berjumpa lagi. p/s: mana tahu kan, masa fly tiba2 jodoh duduk kat seat sebelah, atau abam-abam pilot mcm cerita adam&hawa datang menyapa, atau abam sado mcm zul ariffin tersadung depan kita.. kita tak tahu kan? :) Bye, terima kasih korang baca review budak demok lagi temok ni.
